What we collect
When you contact Beyond Shades through our website, by phone, or in person, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, project address, and the details of what you're asking about. We don't set marketing cookies and we don't track you across the web.
What we do with it
We use your information to do what you asked us to do — reply to your message, design and install your window treatments, send you an invoice, and support you afterward. We never sell or rent your information. We don't send marketing emails to people who haven't asked for them.
Where it lives
Inquiries you submit through our contact form are emailed to our team (Microsoft 365). Project information is stored in our internal project-management system, in accounting software, and in our design tools. Each of those is encrypted at rest and access-controlled.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses minimal first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't use third-party advertising trackers and we don't share your data with ad networks. If we ever add advertising or remarketing tools in the future, we'll update this policy and provide the appropriate opt-out options.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email phoenix@beyondaudio.com and we'll respond within five business days. We'll need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
